Good Saturday morning, Everyone! Ever since receiving my Tailwind, I have kept trying to beat my own records. Last night’s arm therapy session is most definitely going to be a tough one to beat. I increased the metronome setting again, and, therefore, my repetitions increased to 920 total for that session. I am shooting for 1000 repetitions in a session. Will let you know when this occurs.
