Good Sunday morning, Everyone! Not being able to use my left hand/arm has proven to be a challenge in many areas one might not envision. Prior to my stroke, I was an avid cook, and I enjoyed it tremendously. After my stroke, I had to relearn this skill, and figure out a way around trying to open jars, cut fruits and vegetables, and preparing meals, in general. (more…)
